“Bengal Blues is usually my go to restaurant, however, tonight the service was slow and the food luke warm. The order was placed at 7.17pm. An hour later, the app said it had been delivered - it hadn’t. We rang Bengal Blues and after some confusion we were told it would be 20-25 minutes. It finally arrived at 9.30pm. Very disappointed. ☹️”

“Had a bad experience previously with delivery wait times but always willing to give a second chance. Waited almost 2 hours for my food this time. I recieved a text saying my food had been delivered (it wasn't) then almost 20 minutes later it arrived. Unfortunately, the naan and chips were not hot, the curry was okay but the tandoori meat was tough. I can safely say I won't be ordering from here again. 2 stars just purely because the food arrived (eventually) and it was just about edible.”
